BiBO has returned in the beautifully redesigned Strathcona Hotel on Whyte Avenue. We invite you to join us for locally roasted Transcend espresso, delicious wines curated by our certified sommelier, Valerie Walker, a premium hot & cold sake menu, locally brewed beers on tap and our unique fermented cocktails using water kefir sodas on tap.

The Culina kitchen is serving Japanese-Spanish influenced tapas menu featuring charcuterie & sausages by El Chorizo, cheeses by Lakeside Farmstead, baguettes by Bonjour Bakery & Culina classics like beer cheese & truffled hummus.
